Firearms Transfers

As with most jurisdictions in the United States, Guam has strict rules for transferring a firearm. First Shots Inc will only facilitate transfers of firearms sent from a Federal Firearm licensee (FFL). Please note that the Government of Guam does not honor firearms permits or licenses from other United States locations. We encourage you to check with your attorney or the Guam Police Department for the rules and regulations pertaining to firearms ownership before shipping any firearms to Guam.

To complete the firearms transfer process, you must have a current Guam Police Department Firearms Identification Card. Please click on the relevant button below to download a copy of the application form that you need.
